Last time, we explained that the SPC50 feed mechanism uses one servo motor for each of the four pairs of feed rollers to reduce the number of gear stages and realize highly accurate wire feeding. However, since there are two upper and lower feed rollers in one station, the use of gears is unavoidable. SPC50 has an oil bath to immerse this gear parts. This structure realizes excellent durability and maintainability. Furthermore, it also leads to quietness during high-speed operation, enabling stable and high-precision operation for a long time.
