FEARURES of TECHNOLOGY
One of the factors that support SPC50 feed accuracy is the adoption of tapered roll bearings. It is an important part to support the feed shafts. Tapered roller bearings provide strength and accuracy in both back-and-forth and up-and-down directions of the shaft. Pressurization management between two bearings is also an important factor, and at our manufacturing site, skills are being refined through the maker's training and real practice at our factory.
