Coiling points determine the outer diameter of body coiling processing. By moving the unit back and forth with servo control to the machine front direction, proper positioning for the seats (solid coils) and the pitch width can be performed, and due to appropriate contact between the tools and the wire material, the effect to reduce scratches, damage of the tools can be expected. At the time of development of our MG series released in 2000, we invented this mechanism ahead of the world. Patent No. JP 3345344 (registered August 2002 registration).
