"Frames" play a very big role on the durability of the machine and the stability of spring quality, which rides on "Bed", and are equipped with various processing units. At our company, "box frame" is adopted as a structure. Since the mounted processing units also are considerably heavy, one sheet frames have difficulty of quality in durability and vibration resistance. Even when it is difficult to adopt a box frame from a structural point of view, we make a box shape with two one-sheet frames with sufficient thickness and a strong connecting bars for high strength.
