線径1.2mm、長さ180mmの長尺製品加工を行っています。細線系トーション機での長尺物の加工は大きな課題です。送りローラのワイヤーとの最終接点と加工位置は近いほど、線のねじれを防げますが、加工領域が狭くなり、長い物の可能ができません。当社では、加工ユニットを前後移動させる機能で、この課題を克服しています。大きめの機械で無理やり細線加工をする必要もありません。

NF12 processes a long product with wire diameter 1.2 mm(.047″) and length 180 mm(7.087″). Processing long objects with a small torsion machine is a big challenge. The closer distance between the feed roller’s final contact point with wire and tool processing position, the less the wire can be twisted, but the processing area will be smaller and it will not be possible to process long items. Our company overcomes this issue with the fuction to move the processing unit back and forth. There is no need to use a larger machine to process thin wire parts.
