その２ 引張ばねフック形状の名前

こちらのYoutube動画にコメント頂き、ありがとうございます。
引張ばねのフック形状についてのご指摘でしたので、調べてみました。
JISでは以下の図の通りです。
今回紛らわしかったのが、丸フック、半丸フック、逆丸フックでした。
説明は、以下の通りでした。
＜JIS＞
丸フック：丸型のフック
半丸フック：半丸型のフック
逆丸フック：丸フックを逆にねじった形のフック
＜書籍「ばね第４版」（日本ばね学会編）＞
丸フック：コイル１巻きを起こしたもの
半丸フック：コイル半巻を起こしたもの
逆丸フック：コイル１巻をねじり起こしたもの
英語では、以下の表現が見つかりました（JIS、Spring Designer’s Handobook)
丸フック：Full Loop over Center, Machine Loop
半丸フック：Half Loop over Center
逆丸フック：Counter Type Full Loop, Twisted Full Loop over Center
フックの立上り部分が、ボディーコイル部の中央を通るとイングランドフック、通らずにコイルから直接立ち上がっていればジャーマンフックというイメージがありましたが、そもそもこれらの名前は正式な名称ではなく、逆丸フック＝イングランドフックとしていることが多いようです。ご指摘のYoutube動画は、ねじり起こしてはいませんので、丸フックが正しいように思われます。大変勉強になりました。ご指摘ありがとうございます。

Vol.2 Hook Names of Extension Springs

I did some research on the hook names for extension springs. According to the JIS (Japanese Industrial Standards), they are as follows:
“Maru Hook”: A hook with a round shape.
“Hanmaru Hook”: A hook with a half-round shape.
“Gyaku Maru Hook”: A hook with a twisted form resembling the round hook.
For your reference, please see the figures in SPRING DESIGNER’S HANDBOOK.
JIS translates the hook names like below.
“Maru Hook”: Full Loop over Center
“Hanmaru Hook”: Half Loop over Center
“Gyaku Maru Hook”: Counter Type Full Loop
English hook and German hook do not seem to be official names. England Hook is often associated with hooks where the starting part passes through the center of the body coil, and German Hook with hooks that don’t pass through the coil but instead rise directly from it. So the hook name of the extension spring in the Youtube video is German Hook (Maru Hook, A hook with a round shape) because the hook is not twisted. I can learn a lot from the Youtube comments. Thank you very much.
