lomg-dimension springs
Large stroke of manufacturing units to
XYZ 3 directions
Manufacturing units move individually to X (horizontal) and Y (vertical) directions, and frame mounting the units moves Z (back and forth ) direction. These functions realize wide manufacturing space, multi tools on the units, and versatile processings such as later bending.
2 W-spindle units are equipped as standard.
Individually controlled inner and outer spindles enable one unit to make difficult processing such as multi-R manufacturing and later bending after cutting wire etc.
Z slide works especially for long-dimension springs or precise coiling.
Z slide (back and forth) makes adjustment of distance between manufacturing point and machine face. Short distance works well for accuracy, and long distance works well for long-dimention springs. Precise positioning of tools realizes precise coiling diameter.
