By making the best use of the frame area where the coiling units are mounted, better accuracy and durability based on new coiling theory are realized with both right and left coiling by three coiling slide system, wider distance between two linear slides.
Retractable arbor
Servo-controlled retractable arbor makes it possible for arbor to move in and out during automatic operation for easier operation to taper and hourglass springs.
Coiling point back and forth
Servo-controlled back-and-forth movement of three coiling points makes it easy to adjust solidness between coils and to decide coiling point position for proper seat and pitch shapes.
