切断部の経年劣化が課題なのですが、工夫したところはありますか？
切断ユニットについては、１７ｍｍＯＴ材への対応をベースにユニットテストから開始しました。構造的には、ストレートカット機構のみとして剛性重視にし、また３つの比較的小型のメーカー標準モーターの採用により、入手や交換が容易で、メンテナンス性に優れています。
線台の提供も可能ですか？

What concept does GRC-150 have?
GRC-150 has been designed and developed under the concept to succeed our precise and durable coiling machine concept considering growing needs to high quality big compression springs and users’ concerns about maintenance from overseas manufacturers.
One of the problems of such big coilers is that the cut section deteriorates over time. Are there any improvements in GRC-150?
We started GRC-150 project with a cutting unit test with 17mm oil tempered wire. Structurally, it has only a straight cut mechanism with emphasis on rigidity, and the use of three relatively small manufacturer standard motors makes it easy to obtain and replace for maintenance.
Does SHINKO supply a wire stand as well for GRC-150?
Yes. We have developed the wire stand with excellent safety.
