GRC150、当社の6mmクラスのCNCマシンの精密な構造を大型機に応用。芯金前後移動やコイリングポイント前後移動も備えた多機能で、径変化にも自在に対応、最大外径300mmにも対応する大型コイリングマシンです。
GRC150 Big Coiler. We have designed this machine with the same concept as our 6mm (.236″) class CNC precision coiler. GRC150 features include retractable arbor (mandrill) and back-and-forth coiling slides, which can make variable diameter springs. GRC150 can also make up to 300mm (11.811″) outer diameter springs.
