GRC150 Big Coiler. We have designed this machine from the same concept as our 6mm (.236") class CNC precision coiler. GRC150 features include retractable arbor (mandrill) and back-and-forth coiling slides, which can make variable diameter springs. GRC150 can also make up to 300mm (11.811") outer diameter springs.

大型機GRC150。線径15mm対応機ですが、最大外径300mmにも対応できます。ここまで大きい外径対応のできる機械もなかなかないのではないでしょうか。
Our big coiler, GRC150 can process wire with max. diameter of 15mm (.590″). In addition, the machine can make springs with max. outer diameter of 300mm (11.8″). I don’t think there are many machines for such a large outer diameter.
