本加工では、以下のようなユニット組合せを実施しています。
・上スライドでワークを押え、右スライドで曲げ加工
・上スライドで切断されたワークをつかみ、左スライドで曲げ加工
・上スライドでワークを軽くつかみ、位置を保持したまま、右スライドで向きを変える
・上スライドでワークを保持しつつ、別の加工を開始
・別加工中に最初のワークを放り込む
いずれも、Wスピンドル機構、スライドのXYZ３次元移動という当社のトーション機の特長を生かした加工です。

1.The upper spindle holds the workpiece and the right slide bends wire.
2.The upper spindle grabs the cut piece and the left slide bends the piece.
3.The upper spindle keep grabing the piece lightly and the right slide changes its direction.
4.The upper spindle holds the first piece and the right slide begins to make the second piece.
5.The upper spindle takes the first piece off into the second piece.
All of these processes utilize the features of our torsion machines, including W spindle mechanism and XYZ three-dimensional movement of the slides.
