ダブルトーションの小さい連結部加工は、オペレータ泣かせです。当社のトーション機では、複数の加工スライドの３次元移動とWスピンドルで、さまざまな工夫ができるようになっています。この動画では、右スライドの先端に付けた芯をコイル内部に入れて支えを作り、左スライドで押し込んで、連結部を仕上げています。NFAシリーズは、6mm, 8mm機の大型機種を品揃え。太物加工に工夫をもたらせます。
Making small connecting portion of double torsion springs is a hard time for machine operators. Our torsion machine allows them to create a variety of processing methods using the three-dimensional movement of multiple slides and the W spindle units. In this video, the right slide with a core supports the coil from inside, and the left slide completes the connecting portion shape. NFA series includes large 6mm(.236″) and 8mm(.314″) models. The big NFA brings innovation to the processing of difficult shapes of thick wire springs.
