New employee

・Today on June 12^th, a new female employee joined us. Since she was working in a different industry, she will be confused about machines and manufacturing and has to learn a lot of new things. However, I hope that she will discover “the fun of manufacturing.” At our company, it doesn’t matter whether our employees are a man or a woman, so we expect she can show her individuality and play an active role in the near future.
